A FEW IMPORTANT NOTES!
1) Please let us know where you are staying so we can stick information at your hotel, motel, holiday inn. If you don’t know where you are staying, and are the camping type, my parents have decided that camping on their lawn is preferable to you camping a half hour away after drinking at the wedding. You should take them up on that if you’d like to camp. The yard is nice and so conveniently located. Email us if you are interested.
2) Please check out the information on the quaker ceremony. It asks for audience participation and we’d like you to be prepared.
Let us know if you have questions! We’ll see you in a few weeks!

carpooling
July 6, 2008
There have been a few requests for carpooling suggestions. Please head over to the “directions” page and leave a comment with your email address/number if you are interested in carpooling from wherever you are, and we will connect you with some potential car sharing friends.

attire
July 5, 2008
Because our wedding will be outdoors, at the end of what is generally a warm month in Redding, dress for the wedding is dressed-up casual. Think–cute dress but flat shoes (wear heels and you’ll get stuck in the grass).
Hats and other whimsical attire are invited and encouraged.
Average weather according to Weather Underground:
The Average High Temperature is 92 F with a historical range of 75 F to 104 F
The Average Low Temperature is 59 F with a historical range of 49 F to 73 F
The Average Daily Precipitation is 0.03 with a historical range of 0.00 to 0.34

flight patterns
June 10, 2008
Due to rising fuel costs and the airlines all going under, flights are no longer so cheap. And you can’t always assume that “discount” airlines are cheaper than the regular guys. So, I’ve done some research about current flight prices, and encourage people to book tickets as soon as you know you’ll be attending. I doubt flights are getting much cheaper.
Current flight costs from…
New York – Sacramento: Northwest: $287, Southwest: $577, Jetblue: $400.
Boston – Sacramento : United: $350, American Airlines: $350.
Denver – Sacramento: United: $159, Frontier: $159, Southwest: $159.
Los Angeles – Sacramento: JetBlue: $139 (from Long Beach), United: $149, Southwest: $149
All flights are departing Friday September 19th, and return Sunday, September 21st and prices are bound to change in the next ten minutes.
